Payment Terms for Diana Apartments

 

Payment in advance

After completion of the online booking, you will receive by email an automatic confirmation that we have received your booking request. (Please check also your spam folder). Please check the correctness of all the data  (name, surname, date of arrival, departure date, etc.) and email us if you notice a mistake. 

You shall also receive an email response from our Reservations Manager, within 24 hours, where we will confirm the availability of the required room for rent (type of room / beds / view). If our availability meets your requirements, in the same email we will indicate the amount of the payment in advance that should be submitted, which will be equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking. Futhermore, this email  will include our bank details. On acceptance of your booking and to secure your reservation, this payment in advance is required within 24 hours of receiving the email response of our Reservations Manager, which included the payment details.  

In case that we have not available the exact room of your preference, we will inform you about the available rooms and we shall continue changing emails in order to find the best solution for your accommodation in Agia Pelagia.

If you have any problems regarding the emails from us  or if you have accidentally deleted any of them, please contact us.

 

Payment in advance method

The only way to secure your reservation is by Bank Deposit/Transfer in EUR.

Please note that payment receipt for the deposit/transfer of money to our bank account should arrive within 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email response from our Reservations Manager).

After completing the transaction please notify us by email, referring the name connected to your booking and including the receipt of your bank as attachment in pdf format (scanned  if it is a paper or this in pdf  that is automatically given by e-banking).

If we do not receive your email with the payment receipt within 24 hours of sending you the payment details for your booking, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

 

Confirmation of reservation

After receiving your payment in advance we shall send you a final confirmation e-mail for your booking and you shall be sure that your room will be expecting for you during your holiday.

 

Payoff method

If you have paid the 50% in advance, the rest of the payment can be made only by cash in EUR during your stay at Diana Apartments.

Please note that if you wish so, you can pay the whole amount of your reservation in advance. You can state this in the field "Comments" during filling your booking form.
