Booking Terms for Diana Apartments in Agia Pelagia

We need your personal details in order to make a reservation for you. Also, your email is required and a mobile phone. We strictly protect your personal data and you can get more info by reading our Privacy Policy.

Type of Room

Diana apartments offer a range of 10 rooms not only double, but also treble ones. We have four rooms equipped with a double bed and the other six rooms are equipped with twin beds. The treble rooms are generated if we make an extra sofa-bed, there where the sofa is normally located.

View of Room

There are not different prices between rooms facing the sea from the balcony or the terrace/garden at Diana Apartments. During filling the booking form, you can always state your preference for a room with balcony sea view or terrace/garden sea view. Of course, we will do our best to satisfy your request and give you a room of your preference; however this is not always possible. Therefore, when confirming a booking with such requirements the confirmation will always be under the "if possible" condition.

About meals

At Diana Apartments we do not prepare breakfast or other meals for our clients. You can prepare your meals yourself in the fully-equipped kitchenette of your room or you can enjoy your meal at a tavern/restaurant nearby.

About children

All babies and children below 2 years old are welcome to be hosted in their parents' bed for free. Baby cots are not available. Children older than 2 years old are considered to need a separate bed, like the adults.

About pets

Although we love all kinds of animals, it is prohibited to accommodate your pet to our apartments.

Months of Operation

We are happy to accommodate you during May to October, every year.

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in Time: 14:00
Check-out Time: 12:00

We need to know your time of arrival, since we don't have a reception and we are not 24 hours available. However, if we know your time of arrival, we will be at the apartments to give you your key and show you into your room.

If you wish an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please inform us by filling the approporiate fields on the booking form.

Earlier Check-in:
In case that you need an earlier Check-in, if your flight or the ship arrives at Crete early in the morning or for any other reason:
Please note, for check-in earlier than 14:00 there is an extra charge equal to the 100% of the price per night of this room.

Later Check-out:
Please note, for check-out later than 12:00 until 18:00 there is an extra charge equal to the 50% of the price per night of this room. Also, for check-out later than 18:00 you shall be extra charged with the whole price per night for this room.
